Here it is Monday morning, and I'm dreading going back to work. I received an email from my friend, Pat Emery, whose husband is a cognitive therapist and she reminded me to raise the level of my state of mind and then the level of my thoughts will rise also. Actually, it's not the circumstances in life that are the problem (there's always plenty of circumstances to deal with) it's how we think about them. Besides, I only have 10 months and 27 days do deal with work.
