So true.
I think Rachel was a little harsh, although I agree with her general intent. Still haven't heard back from the Post Office, so I'm not holding my breath. And I wish that, like your chief executive, I'd held out for more room and a more thoughtful approach to getting rid of what could rashly be seen as too much.
