That's a big lot of land - are you sure you haven't bitten off more than you can chew? :)
I haven't done a garden in a number of years, but I'm wondering what army you are feeding from this plot!Are you intending to eat, can, freeze, dehydrate, pickle, and sell at a roadside stand? Surely you will have enough. For a real adventure, you could plant it all in zucchini and then try to figure out what to do with the plenty that appears.
