The student council members were able to meet their goal of $10,000 on the first day. Although they didn't have to spend the night outside, they did anyway and raised a total of $17,000, with more on the way! The temperature dropped to nineteen degrees and Sami didn't get much sleep, but they kept the fires burning and drank lots of hot chocolate. Great job kids!
