Next month the English as a Second Language class at the First Baptist Church, Siloam Spring will start a new year. I'm going to help out by teaching a beginner's class. The local paper ran this photo today.
English is a very difficult language to learn. I could teach my relatives simple vocabulary, but we have so many ways of saying the same thing. I realized that I was confusing them when one time I would say, "Lunch is ready" one time and then one time I would say "Time to eat" or "Come to eat." I wasn't a very good teacher. I think you'll be a very good teacher.
