Is the next phase building a deck outside?
Dawn: A deck would be my next phase, but Dorothy's is a new kitchen. I wonder which one will be first?
Under ordinary circumstances, I'd vote for deck, but given Dorothy's skills as a cook, I'll go for kitchen.
