This is an excellent place for breakfast. I had french toast with amaretto cream, peach butter, and sliced almonds. In downtown Asheville you can find many of these unique restaurants. We also ate at the Salsa Mexican Caribbean, a busy, noisy little restaurant with great food. Who ever heard of enchiladas and fajitas made with not only the traditional Mexican ingredients but also with yams, plantains and curry? Watch out for the Mango chutney, it will set you on fire.
You see a lot of young hippies and strange hairdos. Dreadlocks? modified mohawks? I made a comment about these and Rachel and Sam assured be they were common where they live in Fayetteville. I live in the country and don't see that stuff.
