40 years

Today marks the 40th anniversary of our marriage. 40 years. Time has slipped away like a cat burglar in the night. Where did it go? I'm getting old and forgetful but it seems like yesterday that I first saw that little brown Dorothy with the green eyes and thought to myself, "That's the girl I want". And she's still the girl I want.

Happy Anniversary to you both!

Congratulations Wally and Dorothy. It is truly an accomplishment to be married as long as you have been and still be able to appreciate each other. I hope your children realize the great example you have set for them.
Hopefully you are able to take time out to really appreciate all you have.

Way to go, Wally--to be so enthusiastic about Dorothy as though it is your wedding day. It is people like you that make my cynical love self smile and still believe deep down that true love can happen. As we say in 12 steps, it works if you work it. Yes?
