question for you

I've been doing all the work here, so now it's your turn. Answer this question: What book are you reading now? You're not reading any? Turn off the tv and get a book immediately. How can you learn anything without reading? You don't even have to get off the computer. You can read books on line. Click here.
Now, click on comments and tell me a book you're reading now or a book you've read before that made a huge impact on you.

Unfortunatley I'm not reading anything at the moment, but one book that really made me think was Lord of the Flies, by Wiliam Golding. I had to read it when I was at school but really got into it.

Well there you are, you asked and I answered, oh and great blog by the way I hope you don't mind me dropping by every so often.

I read that book too. Pretty disturbing. The same author wrote "Reefer Madness". Have you read it? It's about the fortunes being made in the black markets of drugs, cheap labor, and pornography. I'm in the middle of "The Working Poor - invisible in America". It's about how difficult it's getting to be for ordinary American to get the skills and education needed to land a job that pays well with benefits, retirement, etc. All three books paint a dismal picture of America.

feel free to rant to your heart's content. As far as getting rid of you know who, tomorrow is election day and I plan to do my part. I think you're right. Each party has their own evils. Over here there's been a shift to the right that's pretty scary. I'm a radical middle of the roader myself.

I am reading The Beloved Disciple by Beth Moore. It is a study on John.
